Not really a heck of a lot to say about the 2013 season. It just simply wasn’t the year for the Giants. Nothing seemed to have clicked from the start. Eli hasn’t been Eli all year and that certainly spelled trouble for the offense, which has never really gotten on track. The defense did the best they could with what they had, but that wasn’t enough to stop anyone. Final nail in the coffin was in San Diego this past Sunday. There are plenty of holes to fill, but I would start with sending Mr. Nicks packing. He didn’t put forth enough effort this year even while he was playing for a long term deal. If that doesn’t motivate you, then you aren’t worth it. JPP was never healthy enough to make an impact. Wilson got hurt early. And the offensive line…..well, let’s not go there.

Bottom line is the Giants will be watching the playoffs this year and hopefully it will make some of those guys hungrier to make a run next season. Put this one in the rear view mirror!!!!!
